The weather is a key aspect of everybody's life, influencing him directly. It's important to know how the weather will be the next few days for better planning your activities and for knowing what kind of clothes you should wear in a certain day. The Windows 7 operating system includes a widget for displaying weather conditions, but unfortunately, it's not so accurate and cannot display the forecast for 10 days. A much better solution for knowing the weather forecast is to install the PC Weather Machine application. This simple Windows programs can display the weather conditions for almost any location in the world, allowing the user to stay informed about the weather at any moment.

After installing the application using its simple installer, the user will be asked to select a weather station for displaying current conditions. Finding a desired station is not difficult, as all of them are organized by country and city. The program allows selecting more stations and displaying weather conditions for each of them at the same time. After completing this step, the user will be presented with a graphical interface, which clearly displays several knobs, which show the current temperature, pressure, wind speed and direction. Under each knob there is a graph, displaying the weather evolution in a certain period of time. By viewing these graphs, the user can easily see whether the weather has improved in the last few hours.

The weather conditions are updated automatically every hour, but the user can do this manually by using the program's option available in the menu. Using the same menu, one can select the measuring units, for displaying various weather data.

Pros:
It displays a clear and graphical interface which allows anyone to easily view current weather conditions. Besides that, the weather data is automatically updated every hour and more stations can be added at the same time. Furthermore, the units of measure can be customized.

Cons:
The demo version doesn't allow displaying weather maps.

PC Weather Machine allows you to always stay informed regarding weather conditions, by viewing them in a very simple interface.
